

Ingredients:
- 1 cup of rolled oats
- 1/2 cup of oat flour (can substitute almond flour)
- 1 scoop of MRE Vanilla Milkshake protein powder
- 1 of tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp of baking soda
- Pinch of sea salt
- 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp maple syrup or honey
- 2 tbsp coconut oil or almond butter
- 40g raisins
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix oats, oat flour, protein powder, cinnamon, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk applesauce, egg, maple syrup/honey, coconut oil/almond butter, and vanilla.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients. Fold in raisins.
- Scoop dough into balls, flatten, and bake for 8-10 minutes.
