Ingredients
- 1 1/2 tablespoons of puréed pumpkin
- 1/4 teaspoon of pumpkin spice
- One cup of oat milk or water (yes, water works with MRE Lite protein powder)
- One to two shots of espresso (to taste)
- Dash of salt
- 1/2 a scoop of vanilla protein powder (I really like MRE lite)
- Optional: sweetener or even better, REAL maple syrup!
Directions
Combining ingredients with a few ice cubes in a blender. Purée, then enjoy.
