Ingredients
- 3 ripe bananas (brown is best)
- 2 Scopes of Complete by Juice Plus Dutch Chocolate powder
- 1 Teaspoon of Baking Powder
- 1 Tablespoon of Peanut Butter Powder
- 1 Egg
Peel ripe bananas. Mush to smooth consistency. Combine remaining ingredients. Mix well to create batter. Cook on greased pan/griddle over low/medium heat. Flip after pancakes rise. Cook for another few minutes. Then enjoy with toppings of your choice.
Note: I did not find the need to add any additional sugar. The bananas are sweet when ripe, and the protein powder already contains a bit of sugar.
